Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 5 days of placing the order.
Once payment has been made, cancellations are no longer permitted under any circumstances.
INZI reserves the right to cancel an order if we are not satisfied with the quality or availability of the product. If this occurs, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances, such as:
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect item delivered
Please note, size issues do not qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for checking the size chart and confirming their selection before placing an order.
Returns
We do not accept returns unless the item delivered has a clear manufacturing defect or does not match the description provided.
Returns due to personal preferences, change of mind, or incorrect sizing will not be accepted.
Conditions for Accepted Returns
If your return is approved due to defect or error, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
The return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product
Proof of defect (e.g., photos) must be provided
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
No additional fees will be charged for the refund
